Mandy is an idiot. Affectionately know as a nob. She debuted in stand up back in 2014 and has been making people spit their drinks out with laughter ever since. Now she won’t give the mic back and keeps popping up all over the show. People laugh at her warm Wigan wit …..oh and her face, they definitely laugh at her face. Once described as fun, filthy and fearless, a motto to live by..Mandy continues to grab the comedy bull by its horns and ride it wherever the buck it takes her.
Mandy has been recently touring her solo show, she been getting her Twin Peaks out all over the place including: Edinburgh Fringe, Barnaby Festival, Buxton Fringe, Greater Manchester Fringe, Liverpool Comedy Festival, LFEST, Leicester Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy Festival, Homotopia and she even got them out at the Imperial War Museum.
Mandy is also one half of cheeky comedy cabaret hosts and performers Toots and Leigh (the clue is in the name). Toots and Leigh also produce and host Titters and Tassels Burlesque and Comedy show in Manchester.
I don't like blowing my own trumpet but I do enjoy basking - here's some things people have said.....
"Mandy is a fantastic performer. As side splittingly hilarious as she is warm and endearing. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her perform both as a solo performer and as a duo and she is equally captivating in both scenarios. Warm, witty, original and loveable on stage and off. I highly recommend seeing her solo show or anything she is involved in!
A tour de force of comedy talent!"
